Linda's Corn Souffle

  • 1 Pkg Jiffy Cornbread Mix
  • 1 Can Cream Style Corn
  • 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 Stick Lightly Salted Butter, melted
  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • Cheddar Cheese as desired for topping

Spray 9 x 12 or 3-quart baking dish.  Mix ingredients.  Sprinkle cheddar sheet on top, if desired.  Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.  Test for doneness with knife in center.
